Design
About › DesignA good design process strikes the perfect balance between being visually pleasing and its functionality.
It isn’t just about how something looks – picking a nice font and dropping it into Photoshop (other editing suites are available) to team it with a decent graphic. It’s also about how it works.
Some of the finer details of design are often overlooked and underappreciated. It could be something as simple as how text is spaced out on a leaflet to make it more appealing to read, or how easy a website is to navigate and find what you’re looking for. The experience of interacting with design needs to be worth the effort, or else, what’s the point, right?
It’s often said that good design is invisible. When things work and are in sync, they are likely to go largely unnoticed but, when a design is disjointed and not fit for purpose, that’s when it stands out and you lose your audience, regardless of your initial aesthetics.
That’s why Digital Consortium loves a good plan! The user experience (often abbreviated as UX) is always at the forefront of our planning. Making it look good is just something we love to do and throw in for good measure.
We take great care to understand your company and your culture to be sure our creative approach works best for you.
Logo design, business cards, print ads and signage, all through to your website, emails, social media and everything in-between – it’s all part of your brand.
Having good design with visuals and functionality in mind gives you competitive edge.
