Accord Mortgages – Buy to Let

When Accord Mortgages took the decision to enter the Buy to Let market, the company came to us to provide on and offline marketing support as part of a campaign directed at its broker audience.

We created a distinct brand identity for Accord Mortgages Buy to Let range that would differentiate it from the organisation’s core residential business. 

Along with the branding we designed marketing collateral such as an email, PDF leaflet and exhibition stands. In addition a banner was created for Accord Mortgages’ new Buy to Let website homepage and the homepage on its residential website. 

Further online advertising, including rich media as well as Flash banners, is planned across mortgage websites and networks so we created an animated 3D rocket to appear in this activity. This will make the adverts stand out in this competitive market and also highlights the fact that this is a newly launched range.

Two variants of landing pages have been created, one featuring a sliding jQuery graphic area promoting specific products and rates and another grabbing attention featuring the rocket animation in multi-video formats for use across multiple devices.

This full campaign runs alongside the brand refresh of Accord Mortgages main residential brand.
